What are some good and healthy breakfast meals?
Breakfast is an essential meal of the day. If you want to stay healthy or want to lose weight, eating good and healthy breakfast meals are the key. It not only boost your metabolism but keeps the diseases at bay.
Young adults staying away from home couldn’t stick to healthy eating, and most of them skip breakfast due to lack of time. That’s why here I am going to mention some quick and easy to make healthy breakfast meals that you can prepare within 15 minutes. So, let’s get started:
Peanut butter with whole-grain toast


2 slices of whole-grain toast and peanut butter are the nutritious breakfast that provides you a healthy dose of fiber and protein and will fuel your morning. Plus, it is easy to make.
Hard-Boiled Eggs


Eggs are a good source of protein which keeps your heart healthy, protect your eyes and makes your bones strong. It is a quick breakfast dish when you are in a hurry.
Banana Smoothie


This smoothie is the yummiest way to start your day! Try this healthy smoothie made with milk, and ripe bananas. You can also add the chocolate sauce.
Egg or paneer bhurji


Be it eggs or with paneer, burji hardly takes 10-15 minutes to cook. It is a protein-rich breakfast and to prepare it all you need to do is saute onions, green chilies, hing, curry leaves and cumin seeds in oil and add paneer or eggs and salt to taste.
Also, protein bars can be an occasional part of a well-balanced and healthy morning meal, but make sure you choose one which is high in nutrients and low in sugar.
Dalia (Broken Wheat)


Dalia is a healthy meal and is packed with protein, magnesium, fiber, and essential vitamins. It helps in weight loss, prevent constipation, increase metabolism, promotes heart health, balance cholesterol levels and may prevent breast cancer. This delicious meal can be prepared in two ways, vegetable Dalia (made with veggies) and sweet Dalia (made with milk).
Poha


Poha is a traditional, delicious and healthy Indian recipe, made with flattened rice, chopped potato, peanut, green chilies, curry leaves few other ingredients.
Uttapam


Uttapam is a south Indian recipe. The preparation of Uttapam is similar to dosa and made with rice and urad daal batter. However, uttapam is a little thicker than dosa and topped with onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, green chilies, and a few more veggies.
